Meet the Team
To say that real estate is in Sundeep’s blood is actually a true statement. Sundeep is descended from strong real-estate bloodlines, having 21 family members in the industry. His father, sold homes in both England and Canada, and was one of the first Indian immigrant to own a brokerage in Canada during the 1970s. He was born and bred for this industry and it shows in his results.
Sundeep has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. He is consistently the #1 real estate agent in the Toronto downtown core for unit transactions on the MLS since 2013. Few real estate agents have achieved this level of success. He has sold thousands of units throughout his career in both resale and pre-construction real estate. Prior to beginning his professional career, Tim obtained a degree in Urban Land Economics (Real Estate) from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business. He started his career selling properties in Vancouver, where he worked under the tutelage of the city’s #1 real estate brokerage and one of the top real estate agents in Vancouver. This experience set the foundation for his real estate success as he learned the value of investing in real estate and providing his clients with an exceptional real estate experience.

Alexandra started her career in real estate over 13 years ago. With a combination of hard work, dedication and a true passion for real estate, Alexandra has seen success in several positions. Starting as an administrative assistant she quickly gained the knowledge and understanding of the business. This lead her to complete her real estate courses to become a successful real estate agent. Most recently, she completed her broker courses with flying colors and has taken over the role of Broker of Record for the real estate brokerage.
