Jeffrey Chen

Jeffrey in one word is a problem solver. He works quickly and efficiently to solve his clients real estate problems with integrity. He’s an agent that puts his clients first and it shows in his results. He studied Marketing in University and has been with the Bahl & Yew Team since the start of his real estate career. He specializes in pre-construction, resale and leases in the Downtown Core as well as the York Region where he’s lived during the past 10 years. When he’s not working with his clients you can see Jeffrey cruising along the Waterfront on his longboard.
